Born from the fear of losing a pet

TrovaZampa started with a simple question: why, in 2025, are so many pets still lost without their owner ever being notified?

How TrovaZampa started

The problem

Italy loses an estimated 130,000 pets every year. Many are found, but the owner is never contacted — because the finder doesn't know how, or doesn't want to deal with apps and accounts.

The solution

We built a QR and NFC TAG that anyone can scan with any phone, without installing anything. Within seconds, the owner receives a notification with the finder's contact details.

Why it's free

We want every dog and cat in Italy to have this basic protection. The TAG is free now and will always be free. Our business is built on premium products like GPS trackers and Bluetooth locators — not on the TAG.
